The advantages of using Eugene's List to find a heating and cooling contractor are:

1. SAFETY - For your safety, we do background checks on contractors. To be on our list, the contractor may either be licensed or unlicesed. If licensed, the contractor must be in good standing with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and the Tucson Better Business Bureau. If the contractor is unlicensed, they must provide a multiple homeowner and fellow contractor references to Eugene's List. We also do additional internet background research on each contractor and check for bankruptcies, liens, judgements, and credit problems.
2. EFFICIENCY- We screen dozens of Tucson area contractors for each trade and provide homeowners with 3-5 top choices.
3. PRIVACY - Contractors on the list agree to attempt to contact you by phone or email (your choosing) no more that 2 times. Also, they will only know your first name. This way your privacy is protected.
4. ACCOUNTABILITY - Contractors selected through Eugene's List have more accountability. If the selected contractor does not do a good job and does not resolve a dispute, they are off of our list.

To get started, we need a email address and/or phone number for the contractor to contact you (the contractor agrees to attempt no more than 2 contacts), and a description of the work that you need done. We only ask for your first name to protect your identity (you can always exchange complete contact information with the contractor). Within 48 hours we will then email you a list contractors with individual comments on each one.
