Contractors that work with Eugene's List receive the benefit of a steady stream of well-qualified leads from home owners in need of service. In exchange contractors agree to keep their licence, bonding, and insurance current and submit to a background check. Also, for each lead, the contractor is charged a nominal per-lead fee (typically $5-$20) and agrees to attempt no more than 2 contacts with the home owner per every lead given.
